By accessing or using MyopiaTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this tool.

Not a Medical Device

MyopiaTracker is an educational decision-support tool. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not FDA-cleared, CE-marked, or approved by any regulatory body as a medical device. Growth curve projections and risk scores are derived from published population studies and are estimates only — they may not apply to every patient.

Acceptable Use

• For use by licensed optometrists, ophthalmologists, orthoptists, and trained clinical staff
• Not a substitute for a biometer, refractometer, or any certified diagnostic instrument
• Patient/family portal use (patient.html) is intended for family members who have been linked by a licensed clinician via the QR code system — not for independent patient self-management

Browser Compatibility

MyopiaTracker is designed for Chrome 90+, Safari 15+, Firefox 90+, and Edge 90+. All patient data is stored in your browser's localStorage. Private/Incognito mode will not persist data between sessions. Internet Explorer is not supported.

No Warranty

This tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of clinical projections. iCare Enterprises, LLC does not warrant that the tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

iCare Enterprises, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on MyopiaTracker, including any clinical outcomes. The maximum aggregate liability of iCare Enterprises, LLC to any user shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. For free-tier users, maximum liability is $100.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of MyopiaTracker is © 2026 iCare Enterprises, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

iCare Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to MyopiaTracker at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Free-tier users retain their locally stored data; cloud data on Pro/Enterprise may be exported within 30 days of termination notice.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
